What is your cancellation policy?
LWM Tennis Club Cancellation + Refund Policy
By registering for any LWM Tennis Club experience, clinic, event, membership, or social gathering, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Registrations
All registrations and payments made to LWM Tennis Club are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by LWM Tennis Club.
Because court reservations, coaching fees, staffing, rentals, branded materials, and event preparation costs are incurred in advance, refunds will not be issued for:
* Schedule conflicts* Personal emergencies* Illness* Failure to attend* Late arrival or early departure* Changes in personal availability* Inclement weather preferences when an event is still scheduled to proceed
Club Cancellations
If LWM Tennis Club cancels an event due to unsafe weather conditions, court closures, facility issues, instructor emergencies, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered one of the following remedies at the sole discretion of LWM Tennis Club:
* A full refund* Event credit toward a future experience* Transfer to a rescheduled date
LWM Tennis Club reserves the right to determine whether conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for play.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events are considered rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by LWM Tennis Club.
In the event of questionable weather conditions, participants should monitor email communications and official social media platforms for updates. Decisions regarding postponements, indoor relocation, or cancellations are made at the sole discretion of LWM Tennis Club.
Transfers
Participant registrations may be transferred to another guest only with prior written approval from LWM Tennis Club at least 24 hours before the scheduled event start time.
LWM Tennis Club reserves the right to deny transfers that do not meet event eligibility or capacity requirements.
Membership Fees
All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership is structured on a month-to-month basis and does not require long-term commitment. Members who do not wish to continue may simply refrain from renewing during future enrollment periods.
Chargebacks + Payment Disputes
By completing registration and submitting payment, participants agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for services, experiences, or events that were delivered as described or remained scheduled to proceed.
Any chargeback submitted in violation of this policy may result in removal from future LWM Tennis Club experiences, memberships, and event access.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in tennis, fitness, wellness, and recreational activities involves inherent physical risks. By attending any LWM Tennis Club event, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Policy Acceptance
Submission of payment constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Cancellation and Refund Policy in its entirety.

What is your weather cancellation policy?
If LWM Tennis cancels due to weather, you’ll receive either a full refund or credit toward a futureclass/event, your choice.Reschedules due to weather will be communicated promptly by email and group chat.
What to bring to tennis?
• Tennis racquet (limited loaners may be available upon request)• Proper tennis shoes (non-marking soles preferred)• Water bottle• Towel or wristbands• Optional: visor/hat, sunscreen, and a sweater/Jacket depending on the weather.
